Unprovable at the time: true. But "never" is false: the aberration of light (1727) then stellar parallax (1838) would prove the Earth's motion.

"If the Earth Moved, I Would Not Land in the Same Spot": Is That True?

False. When you jump you keep the Earth's velocity: you land exactly where you took off, which proves nothing against its motion.

Confirmed astronomy

Could You Measure a Star's Position with the Naked Eye in the 15th Century?

Yes for direction (down to the arcminute, without a telescope), no for distance, out of reach before 1838.
